Description

DESIGN: Made of soft pink velvet, it is the perfect accessory for carrying your personal hygiene products in a clean, discreet and organised way. No more loose items at the bottom of your bag!

MEASUREMENTS: Approximately 15 x 18 cm.

EXCLUSIVITY: 100% handmade in Spain and made to order (up to 2 weeks of production before shipping).

NOTE: As each piece is handmade, the interior colour or print may vary depending on availability, but will always match the pouch, with a flawless finish.
CARE

Proper care keeps the fabrics looking fresh and elegant.

CARE TIPS:

  • Gently brush in the direction of the pile to remove dust.
  • Spot cleaning: if there is a stain, clean it with a soft cloth lightly dampened with warm water and mild soap, without rubbing the velvet hard.
  • Avoid direct contact with rain.
  • Store it with nothing on top so the pile is not crushed.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING:

  • Presentation: we take care of every detail right to the end. Your bag arrives in a box, wrapped in scented tissue paper, with our card and sealed with our sticker. Ready to wear… or to give as a gift.
  • Handmade production: made to order exclusively for you. Production takes up to 2 weeks before shipping.
  • Shipping within Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): €2.50 for home delivery or €1.50 to a pickup point (free on orders of €100 or more).
  • Shipping to the rest of the European Union: €13.95 for home delivery. In Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal you can also choose a pickup point for €12.95.
  • Delivery time once shipped: 3–5 working days in Spain and 4–7 working days to the rest of the European Union.
  • We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira.

RETURNS:

  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
  • Change of mind: the item must be returned without any use beyond what is needed to check it and, if possible, in its packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Defective product: if the item has any defect, we cover all collection and replacement costs.
