Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase without needing to justify your decision and without penalty.
If your order includes several items delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last one.
To exercise this right, email us at marotinas.studio@gmail.com stating your name, your order number and your decision to withdraw, within that period. You can also use our withdrawal form.
Once you have notified us, you have 14 calendar days to send the product back to us.
To return an item, first email us at marotinas.studio@gmail.com or call us on +34 626 71 29 83 and we will give you the return address.
Exception for personalised products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to bags made to specific specifications provided by you or clearly personalised (for example, fabric chosen by the customer, custom measurements or personalisation with initials), in accordance with article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
When a product is excluded for this reason, this will be expressly stated on its product page before you complete your purchase.
The bags in our catalogue, although made after your order is received, are not excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the returned product
The bag must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics and, if possible, with its packaging and labels. You will only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than that.
Return costs
If you return a product because you changed your mind, you bear the direct cost of sending it back.
If the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or not as ordered, Marotinas covers all costs of collection and of replacement, repair or refund.
Defective product or order error
Email us at marotinas.studio@gmail.com stating your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. We recommend letting us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve it quickly.
Our products are covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish law.
Handmade variations
Each bag is handmade and is a one-of-a-kind piece. There may be slight variations in the placement of prints, finishes or shades compared with the images on the website. These differences are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered manufacturing defects, without this limiting your legal rights if the product is not in conformity.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs (except for the additional cost if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest one we offer), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof of having sent it.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and at no cost to you.
