ORDERS AND TIMING
How long will my bag take to arrive?
Every bag is handmade once you place your order. Making it takes up to 2 weeks, and shipping then takes 3 to 5 working days in Spain and 4 to 7 in the rest of the European Union. In total, about 3 weeks in Spain.
Why is each bag slightly different?
Because they are handmade. The placement of the print or embroidery changes depending on how the fabric is cut, and the lining colour depends on availability, but it always matches the bag.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. We only sell online, at marotinas.com, and there is no pickup at the workshop.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
To mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the rest of the European Union. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira.
How much does shipping cost?
In Spain: €2.50 to your home and €1.50 to a pickup point, and free on orders of €100 or more. In the rest of the EU: €13.95 to your home and €12.95 to a pickup point (in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal).
How do I choose my pickup point?
Right after paying, you can choose the exact pickup point you prefer.
How does the parcel arrive? Is it suitable as a gift?
Yes. Your bag arrives in a box, wrapped in scented tissue paper, with our card and sealed with our sticker. Ready to wear or to give.
RETURNS AND PAYMENT
Can I return my bag?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving it. If you return it because you changed your mind, the return shipping is at your expense; if it arrives faulty, we cover everything. All the details are in our refund policy.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other methods you will see at checkout. Prices include VAT.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. You can download it from your order status page, which you reach from the confirmation email. If you need it in the name of a company or professional, send us your tax ID within 7 days of your purchase.
